Sale Terms & Conditions

Last updated 9 July 2026

The commercial terms that apply when you accept a Terravia quotation. Being finalised — the definitive terms are supplied by Terravia before binding online acceptance goes live.

Status of this document

These Sale Terms & Conditions are being finalised. Until the definitive version is published here, every supply is governed by the individual quotation and the contract agreed directly with Terravia Biosciences; accepting a quotation online records your intent to proceed on the quoted terms and does not replace that agreement.

Quotations & acceptance

A quotation states the ingredients, grades, quantities, unit prices, currency, incoterms, lead time, and a validity date. Accepting a quotation (online in your Buyer Space or by written confirmation) indicates your agreement to those quoted terms. A quotation lapses on its validity date if not accepted.

Pricing, payment & delivery

Prices, payment terms, and delivery/incoterms are those stated on the accepted quotation. Definitive rules on invoicing, deposits, taxes, and title/risk transfer will be published in this document before online payments go live (F11).

Quality, documentation & compliance

The certificate of analysis accompanying each supplied lot governs the actual specification of goods, and use of any ingredient is subject to the Regulatory Disclaimer. Responsibility for the regulatory status, labelling, and permitted claims of any finished product rests with the buyer in their own market.

Governing terms

The full governing law, liability, and dispute-resolution terms are supplied by Terravia and published here before binding online acceptance is enabled. Questions about these terms can be directed to the contact channel published on this site.
