How Terravia Biosciences collects, uses, and protects the data of the buyers and visitors who engage with this site.

Who we are

Terravia Biosciences is an India-based, export-oriented supplier of standardized botanical ingredients. This policy explains how we handle personal data for buyers and visitors worldwide, including those in the European Union. Where local law (such as the EU GDPR) grants additional rights, we honour them.

What data we collect

Quote and sample requests (F03): company name, contact name, business email, phone, shipping context, and the ingredients and volumes you enquire about.

Business account registration (F04): the above plus company verification details you choose to provide.

Contact and newsletter forms (F06): the details you submit and, for the newsletter, your consent record.

Analytics (F09): standard technical data such as pages viewed and approximate region, collected to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations, operate your business account, send communications you have asked for, and run and secure the site. We do not sell personal data.

How your contact data is handled

When you submit company details for a quote, sample, or enquiry, that information is used to prepare and send your quotation and to maintain the commercial relationship. It is shared only with the people and systems needed to fulfil that purpose.

Retention

We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the channel below.

Contact for privacy requests
